We also provide you time to gather information about us, as you start the process, so that you can learn how comfortable you are with us and our services. If you select the 30-day no-risk option when you sign up, you eliminate your up-front risk with personal coaching through Satisfying Solutions™. If, by 30 days, you have come to believe working with Dr. Jentner and Satisfying Solutions™ is "not a good fit" for you and your circumstance, simply let us know and we will eliminate all coaching fees for that first 30 days.

First Step: We will listen, taking time to understand you, your organization, and your leadership within your organization -- as you understand them. We want to understand what you are proud of, have worked hard to achieve, and where your frustrations lie. So early on, we will primarily listen. And ask questions.
 
Step Two: If appropriate, we invite you to complete a proprietary Satisfying Solutions™ Subjective Assessment of Your Business and Your Own Leadership. We use an interview format, wherein you can kick back and relax in the comfort and security of your office or other chosen location, as we query you concerning 27 categories within seven dimensions of organizational functioning we believe are important to understand, to gain a wholistic perspective. Many leaders with whom we work have told us that simply engaging in the interview was both a refreshing and revealing eye-opener for them, as a function of the systematic interview process we use. We provide you with your own written copy of the results for your use as you see fit.
At the same time, we also want to get objective information concerning your behavioral preferences on the job. Typically, no individual is equally good at, or even interested in, all things. We may ask you to complete a brief behavioral preferences inventory that will enable us to explore and discuss with you your behavioral preferences at work. This gives you and your coach a window into clearer understanding of the nature of your active interests and of your potential "Achilles' heels," or even "blind spots," as you address the many challenges of your work day.
 
Step Three: Combining your Subjective Assessment with your behavioral preferences results, we can present to you a written Combined Summary Assessment. We can also provide you a written Roadmap for Personal & Organizational Performance. Your Roadmap may include recommendations that you explore professional resources in addition to, or even instead of, Satisfying Solutions™. Your leadership coach will personally discuss both of these documents with you, for your added clarity and understandings.
 
At this point, you will have many options, dependent upon you and your circumstances. The critical factor for achieving success with your goals is to keep honest, action-based conversations alive -- between you and trusted others -- focused on practical ideas that were generated by the assessments, so you can actively build upon your growing understandings. In contrast, assessments that simply get placed "on the back shelf" typically end up serving no constructive purpose. (Your investment will have been for naught!)
 
Some people choose, after the initial assessments, to tell us, "Thank you very much! I'd like to think about this for now." Many of these individuals, unfortunately, end up placing the information on "a back shelf."
 
Many other leaders choose to "seize the day" by taking constructive forward actions, formally with others, to build upon their growing understandings.
